Get price in writing!! Had a 3 day experience with this place pricing cars. After two days of haggling two different cars, one that sold, and another just like it for a litt Had a 3 day experience with this place pricing cars. After two days of haggling two different cars, one that sold, and another just like it for a little more $, the sales supervisor gave me a price to keep me there and buy hugs car. It was not a price that was a one time offer type of price.... there was no stipulations. The next day I called the manager at 8:00 a.m. to see if I could put $ on itvto hold it till I got out of work. After 6 hours of the manager not knowing or caring enough to look up a stock number to tell me if it was available and calling me back, I went in myself to tell HIM that the car I wanted that was out front was still for sale and that I wanted to buy it. When I went to go fill out the purchase papers with my wonderful sales guy Gary Imondi, the sales supervisor came over and said that the price he gave me the day before was a price he said he never gave me! Although I was with someone the day he said it and told him to call him and ask him what he said , but he wouldn't. Unfortunately my sales guys from the day before never called me the next day to have my back because I'm sure he knows the price I was give , but regardless, I walked out and will never be buying a car from this place. It was really too bad because I really wanted that car and was so disappointed in the supervisors lack of listening to me as I tried to explain to him how we came up with the number the day before and why we haggled for the car I wanted and what we haggled about...since he obviously had trouble remembering. More

Terrible service and follow through once papers are signed Terrible experience with buying a vehicle for my mother. Once papers were signed everything went went wrong. They registered the vehicle to the wrong Terrible experience with buying a vehicle for my mother. Once papers were signed everything went went wrong. They registered the vehicle to the wrong address and did not deliver the car for 7 days. They told me the sales person was no longer with them the next day and they didn't have anyone to register the car or deliver it as promised. Once they finally delivered the car there was no registration in it, they sent the registration to the same address also and it was never received by us. we had to re-register car at our own cost of 50.00 and they would not return any of our calls. I recently discovered they paid off my trade and then cancelled the payment and never paid off until 45 days later resulting in late fees for me, I discovered this once my credit monitoring alert showed up also resulting in a cost to me. I am currently reporting them to the better business bureau. I was told by the finance manager that I could change payment date once first payment was made ..not true. This is especially irritating now that i know they never paid my trade off for 45 days. The acting manager should be fired since he is unable to return a call or deal with any situation. I will never buy from tarbox again or Hyundai.. Dont be fooled by their fun atmosphere, worst experience of my life and have owned several Hondas, BMWs and Audis More
