Quick and easy trade in & purchase I always dread buying a new car, in the past I've had issues with salesmen at other dealerships who don't take me seriously because of my age or deale I always dread buying a new car, in the past I've had issues with salesmen at other dealerships who don't take me seriously because of my age or dealers that are overbearing and pressure the sale. I can happily say that my experience at Tarbox was NOT like that. Everyone was friendly and respected my time. We were able to get down to business quickly and process my trade in and purchase of a new car (2016 Veloster). The salesman we dealt with, Sam, was great. We were greeted immediately and within 5 minutes we were out test driving the car I was interested in. We negotiated on the trade in and everyone there was willing to work with us on the price. We found a price we agreed on for the trade in + purchase and we breezed through the paperwork. There was a small ding near the door on the car that was there already before we purchased it. However, they made a note of it and fixed it for us. I have no complaints. It was a great experience and I'd buy from Tarbox again. More
