JP, Frank, Miguel Let me start this off by saying the staff at TARBOX was AMAZING. JP, Frank, Miguel & Mamood (The finance paperwork guy… sorry for the spelling on that Let me start this off by saying the staff at TARBOX was AMAZING. JP, Frank, Miguel & Mamood (The finance paperwork guy… sorry for the spelling on that one…) were all incredibly informative, professional and helpful. Being in sales myself, we all easily understood one another. JP (my salesman) was polite, honest and genuine. Upon my initial arrival he did try to sell me the Sonata Limited that did not have all of the features I requested (FULLY LOADED, PANO ROOF, BLACK ON BLACK). However after making myself 110% clear with my wants & needs, the whole dealership did the best they could to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. I agreed/ offered to pick up my car at a later date as long as it fit every one of my requirements. They located a car in Plainfield, CT and we agreed on a car / price. They then realized that the other dealership in CT would not agree to give up the car I wanted. After some more searching they were able to locate an accessible Sonata Limited that fit my needs in Nashua, NH. Upon comparison of the two vehicles. this Sonata (unlike the original I agreed to) did not have the winter weather package, which TARBOX agreed to throw in at no cost to me. Two days later JP picked up my car from the dealership in NH and it was ready to be delivered to me! He even kept me posted on his ETA so I could grab my new car ASAP! I love my car so far. Everything about it is perfect. My only complaint is that my car was not detailed to my standards. (Granted, I'm a nutjob when it comes to this...) There were smudges, pieces of plastic left on parts of the door, white spots inside etc. I complained to Frank and JP upon delivery, and my car was re-detailed upon instillation of my winter weather package a few days later. (A+ to you guys!) TARBOX holds themselves to such high standards in customer service. I would 200% recommend not only my salesman JP, but ALL of Tarbox Hyundai!! Every person I saw or met was smiling, happy and knowledgeable. They are definitely very customer-oriented and accommodating! I felt comfortable dealing with any staff member and felt as if I was valued. (Unlike my experience at Central Hyundai in Plainfield, CT where I was sold my car at MSRP, and always told I needed unnecessary services). Thanks!! More

Christian was a good salesperson and I enjoyed the test drives I took. I drove the Accent and the Elantra. There was better room in front and in the trunk in the Elantra. I was especially surprised that Fred, the manager stepped in to say hello and asked me questions as well. Sarkis, as well explained the finance portion. More
