Can't say enough good things about Nucar Tarbox service department, especially Nate and Gary. Had to have car towed when several systems failed. Problem diagnosed and repaired. I bought my 2016 elantra from Tarbox in 2016 and continue to be a re-turning.customer for service. Tarbox has enlisted many courteous and professional people who know how to do their job and do it well. The to be a re-turning.customer for service. I've always been extremely happy when taking my vehicle in for a service or an oil change. I'm still happy, but things are not like they used to be. An oil change has gone from $39.99 to over $46 dollars n in for a service or an oil change. I'm still happy, but things are not like they used to be. An oil change has gone from $39.99 to over $46 dollars now which is ok and it is understandable that working in a pandemic is difficult. I was not communicated anything...like everything is ok...just paperwork dropped at desk. I miss the vehicle being vacuumed and I miss the personal touch with communication. I may try a dealership closer to home as I traveled from Northern RI to this dealership. No one communicated if my vehicle was sanitized. No one had on masks. More
I was here on Tuesday to have an inspection done. Since it failed ihad to come ba CV k on Saturday. Was told I would be in and out quickly so made my appointment for 7:30. Thought after an hour my car would be done, but was told the exact ssme thing and they hadnt started working on it. Now its over 2 hours and I sm still waiting. Will never come here again! More
I was there at this dealer for an oil change a week before this "repair" and suspect they tampered with the sway bar to make noise and get a repair out of me.. They screwed me on a repair they claimed they did for my rear sway bar. "they installed a bolt, and inspected my lug nuts" and charged me more than $152 on a car that's 14 months old they tried to screw me for an additional $800, for "stripped wheel studs"..later had car inspected at my local mechanic and a tire shop to confirm they scammed me. Bought 3 brand new cars from this dealership and another from Florida (where i live 1/2 the year), i always serviced all my cars there, even though they're 70 miles each way from me.. Couldn't reach the general manager, was given the runaround.. had to deal with consumer affairs from hyundai hq in cali to get a refund.. Will not be returning More
