I went to Tarbox for a oil change & the service technician was helpful & friendly. Whether you need a basic service or a more extensive repair, the staff at Tarbox is always patient, efficient & co technician was helpful & friendly. Unanticipated pleasure On returning from a mini-vacation, I decided to take the car in for a routine oil change and have them look at the rear camera lens; although I had no On returning from a mini-vacation, I decided to take the car in for a routine oil change and have them look at the rear camera lens; although I had no appointment. I was there approximately 1.5 hours before being approached by reps from 'previously owned vehicles sales' inquiring if I would be interested in a trade. Well, after being introduced to Christian Munoz, and negotiating a fair price with Jordan, I am now the happy owner of a 2019 Sonata SEL. This is now my 9th Hyundai since 1987, and I have to say, that I really appreciate the effort on the part of the sales team in providing every possibility in helping to meet my expectations. Christian was just as pleasant and upbeat as he could be and we really enjoyed his helpfulness and explanations of the new technology of the vehicle. Jordan, the sales manager, tried very hard to work the numbers to make the deal work. Overall, a great experience, as always. More

Great! I worked with Christian to purchase my new 2018 Sonata Hyundai early in December. He was extremely helpful, patient with me and courteous, as was all I worked with Christian to purchase my new 2018 Sonata Hyundai early in December. He was extremely helpful, patient with me and courteous, as was all the staff on a very busy Saturday. About 1 1/2 weeks later I went back to see Christian to get a refresher course on how to use all the new features and to have my plates put on the car. Again Christian was readily available and very helpful. This was the third Sonata I have purchased through Tarbox and found this time it was actually an enjoyable experience. In the years I have been dealing with this company they have worked hard to make buying a car and servicing that car a pleasure for the purchaser. Thank you, Christian and Tarbox! More

Outstanding service I was in to have my 2011 Tucson serviced and ended up leaving with a brand new 2016 Tucson which was a step up from my other vehicle. Both John and S I was in to have my 2011 Tucson serviced and ended up leaving with a brand new 2016 Tucson which was a step up from my other vehicle. Both John and Sarkis were a pleasure to deal with. They worked hard so that I could stay pretty well within my budget. This will be my 4th Hyundai purchase over the years and I love the brand.
