I thought both Billy and Farouk were very helpful, polite, experienced in the process and great to work with. Just good people. As a customer, I hate even the idea of the car buying experience - because everything is normally adversarial and I suspect deliberately drawn out to wear you down. I still remember years ago when I bought a Pathfinder we had a young baby in arms, the Nissan dealer not a million miles away from Norwood made us stay 4 hours to get the process through. Not cool. Also normally when I walk in a showroom I know what I want and have a good idea about how much to pay. The dealership is over an hour away and I have youngish children at home to get back to. Billy and Farouk worked with me, not against me and allowed me to get straight to business - getting things done efficiently was a key item. Those two are great employees and a credit to their dealership. Still miss my Saab though! More
