I went there on a whim with a problem of being over in mileage on a lease vehicle - a Lexus. I wanted to know if I "down-graded" if I could get a new car I could buy instead of leasing. But being so badly over in the mileage, I was very concerned that it wasn't going to happen. But they eased my mind and then put me in a car that has more options than the Lexus and is so beautiful that I didn't feel like I was downgrading at all. I sincerely recommend going to Clay's and meeting these two fantastic guys! More
I was actually a bit put off on my initial visit to the showroom late one afternoon. I was greeted by a salesman and indicated the name of a woman from the dealership with whom I'd been emailing about an E showroom late one afternoon. I was greeted by a salesman and indicated the name of a woman from the dealership with whom I'd been emailing about an Elantra test drive. He simply stated that he didn't know her and walked away. The receptionist indicated he was new and called for my contact and a sales rep. Eddie Britanis responded and was completely professional and friendly. Meanwhile, a group of employees watched as someone (apparently the dealership MANAGER) did push-ups on a desk. It was a very "frat house" scene, which Sales Manager DJ Allain seemed very proud of when I asked him about it later in the week. As much as I liked my dealings with Eddie, I was irritated by this Sales Manager's attitude in general and actually considered looking elsewhere when I wanted to test drive a Sonata. In the end, I'm glad that I returned to Eddie for my purchase. The finance office rep was also very patient, friendly and helpful, though at month's end we were there late in the day. I hope that future work with the service department as I maintain the vehicle lives up to the precedent set by Eddie Britanis, the finance office, and the receptionist rather than the management team. Patricia Smith was a real pleasure to work with. I knew what car I wanted to look at and she explained all the features and extras to my wife and me. When we discussed the price I knew what I had in mind what we wanted to pay for the car and Patricia worked hard for us to get it, working with Jason (the general sales manager) to come up with a deal both parties could agree on. When we reached an agreement Jason even asked Patricia to go get us something to eat because we hadn't had dinner yet and wanted to leave to get something and come back to sign the paperwork (he must have been afraid we wouldn't come back! LOL) When it came time for me to pick up the car, my wife had to work and we were trying to figure out how I was going to get to the dealership, Edwin (finance manager) suggested Patricia could pick me up at my house and then bring me to the dealership, which she had no problem doing! After the paperwork was completed Patricia spent a long time going over all the features of my new car and even help set up the Blue Link system for me. She made sure I was comfortable with the car before letting me leave. Also she had bought my wife some roses as a way of congratulating her too. Everyone we dealt with at Clay Hyundai seems very nice and customer oriented. They are willing to go that extra mile to make the deal and make you a happy, satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Clay Hyundai. More

I was in search for a car for a few months and every dealer I went to offered me cars but never managed to give me the best deal. I went to Clay Hyundai in Norwood on a Saturday about an hour before closing, on a snowy evening and James Pierre offered to assist me. He asked me what it that I am interested in is. How much a month I would like to pay? Asked about my experiences else where. He went the whole nine yard to discover my wants and my budget. After he discovered what my interest were, he offered me a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and he mentioned how he and his team will work the best possible deal to work with my budget. Once paper works were started he passed it on to the financial manager and two days later he told me to come in to sign the contract. I went and I received the best deal possible where I will be able to enjoy a brand new car for the exact price that I wanted to finance on. But it did not stop there. I didn’t receive the car that night but James volunteered to take my car to my job the next day so I would not need to commute all the way back to Norwood from Boston. He gave me a specific time he would be there and exactly at that time he was there. James and his team provided me with the best customer service I ever experienced. I would recommend this dealership to anyone trying to get the best deal possible on a car that they will love. I love my new car and I appreciate the customer service of James Pierre. More

I have been purchasing cars since I got my license in 1965. This is the very first time I have felt no pressure and had such an incredible buying experience. The following review is my opinion of the Hyundai Service department of the Clay Chevrolet dealership on Providence Hwy in Norwood, MA. If I could give the service department of this dealership zero stars, I department of the Clay Chevrolet dealership on Providence Hwy in Norwood, MA. If I could give the service department of this dealership zero stars, I would! I like Hyundai cars, but I cannot believe how bad this dealership's customer service is based on the two times that I have been there. The first time I went there because I found out that my car was a part of a recall. After I got to the dealership I was told that my car was not affected by the recall, even after I told them that I had confirmed with corporate that it was affected. They said they couldn't do anything since their system said that my car was not affected. Before going home I decided to get a multi-point vehicle inspection there. By the time I got home I noticed that there were multiple black, greasy/oily fingerprint marks all over the inside of my car on the upholstery, carpeting, and dashboard. The tire pressure on all four tires was way off from what the manual recommended. Today was the second time I went there, this time after I received a letter from Hyundai confirming that my car was a part of the recall that I was turned away from just weeks earlier. I made an appointment online and received an email confirmation. When I got to Hyundai they said that I did not have an appointment. Even after I showed them the email from their dealership, Edwin Hernandez at the desk denied me having an appointment because there "system" didn't show one. They accepted my car and said it would be ready by 2pm and even wrote that in my paperwork. At 2pm before heading to the dealership I called to confirm if the car was ready. They said that yes, it was ready to be picked up. When I got to the dealership at 2.30pm, they said they were just cleaning the car. So I waited, and waited. An hour later, they said that again they were just cleaning the car and finishing paperwork. At that point I nicely said that this is what I was told an hour ago and also that at 2pm I was told the car was ready to be picked up, which I why I drove to the dealership. Edwin Hernandez, the person at the service department started saying things like he does not want to argue with me and that he did me a favor by giving me a time slot today (even though I had an appointment confirmation). He was condescending and rude, no customer service skills at all. He didn't even look up from his computer screen while talking to me. After my experiences with this dealership, I'm afraid that Hyundai may have lost a loyal customer. I am definitely never using this dealership ever again after having to deal with the unprofessional and rude employees there. More
