Great dealership. We worked with Mike Fink for the purchase of our new Accent and it went great. He is very prompt and responsible. He took the time in explaining to us the operation and settings for everything in the car. Even took the time to take our picture with new purchase and promised to send us the pic framed as he has always done with other customers!!! Haven't seen that before!! Finance manager Sosa was a great chap too!!! It was easy to work with him. I don't think we had to jump through any hoops to get what we wanted. It was in plain sight and once we got our price range the financing was as promised based on our history and other factors. NO TRICKS!!! Overall we had a great experience with Mike and Sosa!!! Car is just a week old so more review on the dealership service center yet to come. I don't think they will disappoint us either. More

We purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Accent GS from Clay Hyundai. Overall we had a great experience. Especially with our Salesman, Mike Fink. Before purchasing this car we were T-Bound and Mike would meet us at the train station and drop us off afterwards, after every meeting. He worked hard to make sure the experience was as smooth as can be. He also worked hard to get us the car WE wanted, not the car they wanted to sell us. Our pick of color was a rare one that took some searching to find but he did it and got it to us long before the original anticipated delivery date. Our dealing with the finance department was a little annoying. They got us a great financing agreement that we signed off on. Then when delivery time came around they said that the Hyundai Financing wouldn't honor the agreement and they had to go through another bank. This added about $5 a month to our payment. After some renegotiating we were able to meet in the middle and the payment was only $2 more a month. All in all we had a great experience and we are in LOVE with our new car. More

After visiting a few other dealers closer to my home, I made my way over to Clay Chevrolet to look for a vehicle we wanted to purchase. I met with Tim Fleming and a deal was made in a short time for the vehicle we wanted with the proper options, color etc. Tim was very easy going and good to deal with - no pressure and very different from the other salespeople at dealers we had visited. Only drawback was the time it took to finalize the financial / registration details on pick up day. For some reason, it took almost 3 hours to be able to get myself and family out of there. Tim was doing all he could but there were delays that just didn't make sense. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend the dealership for a low pressure environment and would certainly recommend Tim for a sales rep if you go. More
