I recently visited Clay Hyundai on the auto mile, 391 Providence Highway in Norwood. I met a really great salesman "Brian Toczko" and got the opportunity to cut his tie, a sales tradition there. The staff from manager Edwin Hernandez, BlueLink specialist and Finance "Sosa" were great. The support staff was great as well and showed me how everything worked, even checked up on me the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this team. Surprisingly they made my experience easy, pleasant and fun. I'm enjoying my 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE with BlueLink and other goodies. Cheryl F. More
Since 2001, I have been going to Clay Hyunday because I am a firm believer in loyalty and honesty. I purchased three cars (Elantra GT, Santa Fe GLS and a Sonata) from Clay over this timeframe; most recent am a firm believer in loyalty and honesty. I purchased three cars (Elantra GT, Santa Fe GLS and a Sonata) from Clay over this timeframe; most recently a fully loaded Sonata in 2012. After having the particularly bad winter in New England, I had an awful experience with the vehicle in the snow and decided I needed something a little more substantial. My husband and I went to Clay to test drive a Santa Fe which I would feel much safer in. We spoke with the salesman and Chris who guaranteed they could help us out. We drove the Santa Fe, loved it and started working with the financing. All was copasetic until they came back and told me that my brand new Sonata was only worth 19K, I paid 32K for it less than a year ago. My brand new car with only 17K miles on it depreciated 13K in one year? The payments they wanted us to make to get out of the loan for the Sonata and into a new Santa Fe were excessive. My husband and I left the dealership, unhappy but were promised “they would look into it further and contact us.” That never happened. Now I am stuck in a vehicle that I do not feel safe in nor do I even want anymore. I just assumed that loyalty went a little further than the bottom line however I stand corrected. My husband and I are greatly upset by this and will be taking our business elsewhere. More

I was recently at Clay Hyundai in Norwood and my experience could have been better. The first minute I called and spoke with Stefania D'Amato the Business Development Manager and Patricia Smith who sold me my new Hyundai accent it was a wonderful experience. They treated me like family and I would specifically recommend Patricia Smith who is one of the best car salesmen I have worked with. I would recommend Clay Hyundai to anyone who is looking to buy car. It was an overall a pleasure to do business with them. More

Everyone at the dealership was so friendly. I told them what I was looking for in a car and Arthur was great! As soon as I sat in my Sonic I knew it was going to be mine. He crunched some numbers and then with some help from the manager we settled on a price I was happy with. Robert was great with all the finicial paperwork. Everyone at the dealership made me feel very comfortable. It was my first time buying a car & I had a lot of questions, but everyone had answers for me. If Arthur did not know he would find someone who did and I really liked that. Next time I buy a car I am going there for sure! I would recomment this dealership to anyone! More

Another positive experience at the Hyundai service center! I took my 2012 Sonata in for an oil change and as usual was greated in a most pleasant and polite manner.
