Was told ok to turn my leased car in early but it was never mentioned that I would still have to pay remaining lease even though I started a new lease with the same Kia finance so turned in my car. Now I’m paying on two leases and one on a car I don’t even have. I was taken advantage of and now in Financial trouble as I’m paying two leases for two cars but only have one car. Just a complete horrible experience and will never trust this dealer again. The dealer does not return my calls as I have tried several times to resolve this with them. I spoke with finance and everyone I spoke with says they don’t know what I’m talking about and will call me back but never do. Spoke with Kia finance and they said this is the dealers fault More

Run! I’m 22 and bought a car in cash for 13,000 and it’s been overheating, in the shop 4 times and is back there now. I have 3 kids and the car has been unsafe. I’ve been stranded with kids multiple times due to mechanical problems, missed multiple shifts as a nurse at a hospital, lied to and belittled, as well as sent on a wild goose chase to pick up a rental car 40 minutes away from me after I was told my rental would be paid for only for Nucars card to get declined and I got left at a rental place with no car and 3 fussy kids. More
