Let me begin by saying I have no idea why I came back here a second time. Seven years ago I purchased a car and I had a terrible experience. Despite that, here we are again many years later. I’m not sure why I thought that it would a brilliant idea to try them a second time. I purchased a vehicle there three weeks ago and prior to leaving the dealer I was promised many things. But after leaving the dealer no one followed through with anything. Three weeks later, I had to drive to the dealer and demand to speak to a manager. After speaking to a manager, I was told things that were completely different than when I purchased the car. There was a scratch on the car and I was told it would be fixed. All I had to do was set up a time to have it painted. I was told I would be given a key to a safe, later, told you’re not getting one because it was not written down on a piece of paper. I was told I would be given a copy of a second key when they found it. no one answered my phone calls. There was no follow through with anything until I showed up there. Now I am told these things will not get done because they were not documented on paper. Never trust anything that is said to you there unless you have it documented on a piece of paper. I was lied to and I now have a truck that is missing a key to a safe which was built into the truck at the time of purchase. If you want a good salesman, and a good dealership, go to Brown Daub in Bath. You can count on them to get the job done correctly the first time. I would never recommend this dealer to anybody at all not even my worst enemy. More
