Very pleased with the recent service visit on my new car. - Scatpack Owner

Very pleased with the recent service visit on my new car. My car required software updates, so I scheduled an appointment and said I would wait for the car to be serviced. When I arrived the service advisor Daniel Knauer was helpful and pleasent to work with. While checking in I was surprised she offered to go out and get my vehicle mileage herself if I did not have it. The car was taking in for the service work right away, Per the service order receipt the technician completed the work required. The work was completed faster than I expected. The waiting room had comfy chairs, tv, wifi, free drinks and snacks.

Took truck in for Oil Change in June of 2025. - kenjw

Took truck in for Oil Change in June of 2025. I told them that the clock was not working. Waited 3 hours and they finally came out and told me that they are waiting for instructions from the factory. Took truck back in November for Oi Change and clock repair. Was told the same story they were waiting. Now when I start my truck up it says time for oi change, I have not even put 500 miles on it since they change oil. Either they did not change the oil or did not reset the button. I will think about going there for service again or even buying a new one from there

My second review because I forgot to state that I would - amkelly99

My second review because I forgot to state that I would not have even given them 1 star but that was the minimum I could. So when the dealership is an average of 2.5 stars you have to realize that no one can rate them a zero. So 2.5 is actually terrible.
