I purchased my vehicle from Rothrock last year. Had a wonderful experience with Kevin P. purchasing the car. It came time for the inspection and they gave me a hard time because of the window tint in which they originally inspected the car with and sold it to me like that, didn’t return my calls after hours (they answered right away after I was returning their call about removing the tint and used my name after that I had to have someone else call to get an update on my vehicle), when they finally called me back they said to come get it, it’s almost done. I got there and they charged me for new wipers without even asking if I wanted them replaced or that they needed to be replaced in the first place. They told the person that called for me when I was being ignored that they worked on the car all day. Very disappointed. Kevin P was a huge help even on his day off, he kept trying to find out information for me when I couldn’t get any on my own car. I wish the service department kept the same standards as Kevin P with sales. More

I had bought a new 2022 Nissan Sentra SV 2 months ago and the license plate has been rattling Because there was only two screws holding it on instead of four.
