I was not happy with the service at Rothrock at all. I turned in my lease telling them about a jammed glove box I had. The employee told me no worries, they'd get it open. He came back with my offer for my trade in and my payments for my new lease. Long story short, when returning for my new lease I was caught off guard and charged $500 for the glovebox, AND GIVEN A BRAND NEW VEHICLE WITH A NICE DENT IN THE DOOR! They "inspected" this new car and conveniently didn't see this plain as day dent! I immediately saw the dent in the driver's side door as I was handed the keys. They finally fixed this dent. It only took 2 tries! The first time it came back with nothing but touch up paint applied and bubbles underneath! It looked horrible!! I was not reimbursed a dime for all this hassle and best of all never recieved my money back when they SIMPLY "unjammed" my glovebox as the man told me when he returned my new car and gave me the contents of the glove box. Needless to say, when this lease is up I'll take another loss and use a different dealership for sure! I do not recommend Rothrock to anyone!! More
Absolutely no communication from Rothrock. It took almost a month to complete what was estimated as a 6 day fix. They spent the first 7 days without even looking at it only getting the estimat It took almost a month to complete what was estimated as a 6 day fix. They spent the first 7 days without even looking at it only getting the estimate after a week. Had to keep calling and calling to get any information. Estimated completion date kept changing and they still didn’t call to tell us. The woman at the front desk was nice but had no information but at least we could get a hold of her 65 percent of the time. As for the estimator or whatever his formal title is it was constant calling, leaving messages, it was a non stop struggle to get a hold of this guy. All in all the lack of communication was more frustrating than the amount of time it took and we definitely won’t be going back. More
