My scheduled appointment was at 4 pm and they made made wait over45 mins for a lease buy out of my car, then tried to increase my payoff, Mo (useless staff person) then argued with Nissan Finance and refus wait over45 mins for a lease buy out of my car, then tried to increase my payoff, Mo (useless staff person) then argued with Nissan Finance and refused give them the Rothrock dealer code. Extremely upset with my service. . My appt was to have a new fog program and antenna checked because both of my fobs wouldn't start my vehicle using to button from a far...I called . Came at 745..I was told 2 hrs 1100 I was told no key was there..they need to order one. Had to ask to remove 10 % with my AAA card that I already gave when I came.. Now go to my car... crazy now I need to put my fob to the ignition to start my vehicle..which was working when I got there ? Now there only 29 lbs on my tire pressure. Need to have them fill my tires..now there another 30 minutes.. So disappointed with your service.. So 3.5 hrs for a oil change and tire rotation  Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device More
