Rothrock Nissan is about 110 miles and a 2 hour round trip with tolls from where I live. I hate to travel 5 minutes out of my way for anything but gladly made that trip and purchased a 2021 Nissan Kicks trip with tolls from where I live. I hate to travel 5 minutes out of my way for anything but gladly made that trip and purchased a 2021 Nissan Kicks for sticker price during the inventory chip shortage. Rothrock, GM Nate Marinelli and Ethan MacLean treated me fairly and with respect. While waiting for the vehicle to arrive during transit I was kept informed and my text or email questions were always promptly answered. It should be pointed out I live a 1/2 mile walk from a Nissan dealer I previously purchased a 2020 Kicks from in 5/2020. I tried buying an additional Kicks from my local Nissan dealer (this time a 2021) but they tried ripping me off for $1,200 over sticker for the identical Rothrock vehicle during the inventory chip shortage. Another dealer 1/2 way between me and Rothrock tried ripping me off for the identical Rothrock vehicle for $3,000 over sticker. I would again gladly drive the 110 miles and 2 hours round trip again to purchase a vehicle from Rothrock Motor Sales for the fair deal and respect lacking from other 2 other Nissan dealers. More

My fiancé and I bought a car at Rothrock in June of 2021 as a back up car in the event of one of our cars being down. Our sales man Kevin was kind and respectful but the management there is not. A few day as a back up car in the event of one of our cars being down. Our sales man Kevin was kind and respectful but the management there is not. A few days after our purchase we noticed the car shifting unusual and just not driving right. We spoke to Kevin about our concerns and he directed us to Patrick the manager of the service department. Patrick advised us to come on in and he would look at the car. Patrick and my fiancé took a drive together in the car as well as Patrick physically driving our car. He then admitted to my fiancé that the car definitely wasn’t driving correctly and brought it back into the shop to run codes. At this time the car want showing any lights on the dash or on the reader. Patrick acknowledged the problem and told us “he doesn’t work on Audis and knows nothing about them” and would therefore call over to a dealership and see what it could be. After speaking to the professional, Patrick told us it was the previous drivers habits that influenced the driving of the car... Fast forward to about 3 weeks later and 2 more calls to Kevin and Patrick about the concerns we had with the car; the car then began to heavily shift with load noises coming from under the hood. (Now keep in mind we had purchased lifetime motor and transmission warranty through the dealership.) when this happened we were directed by management to send it to a mechanic and use our Warrenty to fix it. Once the car was looked over by the mechanic we were then told metal was found in the engine causing serious damage. Our mechanic also let us know that previous work had been done to the motor without it being on the car fax. We let management know this and again we were told to let the Warrenty company handle it. Now here we are in February of 2022 and our car is still sitting at a garage.... management has done NOTHING to help us solve this issue and doesn’t seem to care about their customers. The general manager there loves dodging our phone calls. We have even had to go there to speak with him in person, but still nothing is being done. This may be a warranty company issue, we understand that, but this was the warranty you provided us and a company that is supposed to represent you. It’s time to do the right thing Rothrock, and we will continue to write these reviews to let others in our community know how you have mistreated us. You know my fiancé’s number. More
