SERVICE VISIT

Rothrock was great. They didn’t keep me too late. Everyone was quite charming which was alarming. I got to watch TV which was all free for me. My bill was reasonable and so were they. SERVICE VISIT

Had transmission rebuilt. The wires between the starter and the battery were not tightened properly and it cost me time and money for tow and diagnostic at another Nissan dealership for which they said I n and the battery were not tightened properly and it cost me time and money for tow and diagnostic at another Nissan dealership for which they said I need to get reimbursed by RothRock. This has not happened yet. I have reached out 3 times to Rothrock and have not gotten a response yet. More
