It’s a scam! You test a vehicle, you say yes to it, sign all the paper work. Then you’re hit with the “I’m sorry there’s been a mix up”. You’ve actually just purchased the same vehicle, same year…just not a all the paper work. Then you’re hit with the “I’m sorry there’s been a mix up”. Have called now for 3 days and no one has returned my phone call for an update. It’s now Thursday, 5 DAYS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CAR I PAID FOR!!! Can we say BAIT AND SWITCH AT ITS FINEST! Called about recall for engine module update and said i already had fan done on my 2016 jeep renegade which i paid out of pocket. Sent my gf and they made her sit there for 3 hrs changes the fan and now my already had fan done on my 2016 jeep renegade which i paid out of pocket.
