Asked for tire pressure to be checked. Told it would be checked. I am reasonably sure it wasn’t. Arrived at 7:15 am 8/7 3 vehicles in front of me oil and filter change and tire check wasn’t completed until checked. I am reasonably sure it wasn’t. I have to wait more than 40 mins to get my car. Only 1 person to help customers and most of the time I am the only person in that room. When you are told your car will be ready, when the customer get ther person to help customers and most of the time I am the only person in that room. When you are told your car will be ready, when the customer get there, the car is not ready and have to wait for more than 40 min. That’s not acceptable. The car was dropped off the day around 4 pm. We scheduled a vehicle viewing for a Friday evening when we could make it (2 hour drive, had it planned out 2 days in advance). Got there and the vehicle was in the shop for a check engine light.
