This is our third lease with Rothrock...( besides 3 purchases prior to that). We have always dealt with Jose Baret for the leases. He has certainly gained our trust and respect over the years. While I prefer to have an appointment, showing up first thing worked out fine. I was put on notice about needing rear brakes this year, so that was expected. Nothing was made up to charge extra. Everyon thing worked out fine. I was put on notice about needing rear brakes this year, so that was expected. Nothing was made up to charge extra. Everyone in Service respected wearing masks. Those in Sales not so much. Regardless of one's thoughts about wearing masks, all employees should follow the rules posted for customers. I'll be back next year, hopefully won't need to be sooner. BTW, those rear brakes on my Leaf were replaced at 92,000 miles. More
