While I prefer to have an appointment, showing up first thing worked out fine. I was put on notice about needing rear brakes this year, so that was expected. Nothing was made up to charge extra. Those in Sales not so much. Regardless of one's thoughts about wearing masks, all employees should follow the rules posted for customers. I'll be back next year, hopefully won't need to be sooner. BTW, those rear brakes on my Leaf were replaced at 92,000 miles. More
