Our first visit was with Patrick. He spent probably an hour and a half. Was very knowledgeable of the Rogue model we were interested in. On our second visit, a week later we test drove a Rogue SV, during hour and a half. Was very knowledgeable of the Rogue model we were interested in. Went into the dealership to get a headlight replaced (After only having the truck for 1 year, brand new). Was told that the lights in the truck weren’t the factory lights, when i never changed anything. (After only having the truck for 1 year, brand new). Was told that the lights in the truck weren’t the factory lights, when i never changed anything. Employees accused me of lying. We’re rude. Did nothing to help me. They kept accusing me saying i replaced the bulbs when it was the lights that came with the truck. Never will i go back for service or purchase a vehicle from them again. On top of that. Some employees weren’t wearing mask or keeping any means of social distance. More
