It was a bitter/sweet experience. Wasn't crazy about sales person, Tony. Car doesn't have trunk release as stated. Disappointed with that. You need some sales women! Other than the receptionist, you talk with voicemail only! Tried to schedule a 5000 mile checkup for a Cherokee purchased in January. Tried calling last week....no answer. Tried online....no answer. Called today several times to talk with a live human....unsuccessful. Finally found someone in Fiat who would actually talk with me, but still have to wait for a callback.
