Poor communication. I had my transmission replaced, and was uncomfortable driving it after picking it up due to loud clinking noises. I decided to take it into a shop to have it looked at, they showed me h was uncomfortable driving it after picking it up due to loud clinking noises. I decided to take it into a shop to have it looked at, they showed me how loose Rothrock left the ENTIRE front end of my car, they had to hand tighten the bolts before using the tool. And miraculously all noises went away. Absolutely irresponsible. More
Good service. With sales. 2 plus hours for oil change, tire rotation, inspection stickers maybe a little long. Otherwise good. didn't receive the vehicle i chose he vehicle I chose had navigation and 21 miles on the speedometer upon receiving the vehicle no navigation and 12 mile surprisingly which indicates th he vehicle I chose had navigation and 21 miles on the speedometer upon receiving the vehicle no navigation and 12 mile surprisingly which indicates that it was not the same vehicle I chose I also notice that the arm rest on the passenger side is lifted up and can not be brought down without force so have left it that way. Upon my return from surgery I will personally go back to the dealer. I'm upset because I was told this dealership does crooked stuff and mentioned it to the dealer and was told that it is unknown to them of such a thing and now had to experience this unjust practice. want to be lead by prayers and not emotions because I am very dissatisfied. More
Our salesman Dave was great, took the time to answer all our questions and go over the Jeep with us. Had an issue with the emergency brake and was contacted by Wayne in the service department to have the re our questions and go over the Jeep with us. Had an issue with the emergency brake and was contacted by Wayne in the service department to have the repair made. It took longer than expected so he arranged to have a rental car for me so repairs could be completed without inconvenience to me. The repair took two days and when they were completed Wayme delivered the Jeep to my home and returned the rental. A big thank you to all the people involved in this repair. More

My experience with this dealership has been terrible I regret doing business with them. I haven’t even had my first oil change yet when I realized my air conditioner doesn’t work when I went in to have it regret doing business with them. I haven’t even had my first oil change yet when I realized my air conditioner doesn’t work when I went in to have it fixed they told me it wasn’t covered and I would have to pay close to $1000 to have it fixed. I’ve been robbed. Update: 6/27/20 My issues were finally addressed and am in the process of potentially getting them resolved. Hoping for the best. More
