Once again, great service and quick turn around time from service department. Always friendly and professional. As far as Sales, Brian was very friendly; however I am a person who only asks questions onc service department. Always friendly and professional. When Brian returned from his visit with the manager he only brought back info for a lease. I asked the interest rate, his response was he didn't know. Several issues here, I didn't get answers to my questions nor did he bother to even attempt to answer my follow up questions. Like I said, I only ask once, obviously if someone isn't paying attention it's not worth my time to ask a second time. Also, as far as the finance person, again very friendly but I asked for a quote on an extended warranty for 1, 2, and 3 years. He came back with a quote for 4 years only. Never asked for a 4 year quote. Thanks but no thanks. More
