Overall it was a 5 out of 10. Sales lead got sick and dealership did not assign a backup. This made the process and subsequent communications of customer Reqmnts and expectations poor at best. Deale dealership did not assign a backup. This made the process and subsequent communications of customer Reqmnts and expectations poor at best. Dealership did not make us feel special. Whether the consumer is buying a $1000 or $100,000 vehicle they should be treated the same. Did not feel the love here. We were just another #. Small concessions like filling the tank from half to full and or asking for a spare key were not allowed on an$25K vehicle. Is it because we did not spend enough? Is it not the little things that will bring the customer back? This one will not be back. Ty More
