Great pricing and excellent customer service My overall experience at Rothrock Jeep was positive. I initially made contact with the dealership responding to an advertisement they had placed on a My overall experience at Rothrock Jeep was positive. I initially made contact with the dealership responding to an advertisement they had placed on an online leasing app. I was somewhat uncertain of the process, using the app as a middle man to negotiate the deal, but 24 hours after placing the order the vehicle is sitting comfortably in my driveway. Rothrock honored all pricing, terms and conditions of the advertisement, got me approved with Chrysler Financial and had me in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. My sales rep, Brian, was friendly and attentive, guiding me through the process and giving me as much time as I needed to inspect the vehicle. I appreciate the fact that he was willing to communicate via text messaging as this made it very easy to co-ordinate delivery. Rothrock included $1000 in unexpected "extras" including a lifetime power train warranty, interior surface protection, wheel locks and nitro fill at no additional cost. Overall I would recommend Rothrock to any fellow Jeep enthusiasts looking for the best price on a new vehicle. More
