Crappy service. They do not listen to the customers. I bought my car here. Took it back for service numerous times. Told them something was wrong with my heat. Every time they told me nothing was wron I bought my car here. Took it back for service numerous times. Told them something was wrong with my heat. Every time they told me nothing was wrong. So, now I have a 4 year old car with NO HEAT!! And no warranty. Nice going Rothrock!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Wanted to use The $10 off Service Coupon that was mailed to my home for these services but Coupon was declined & not accepted. I was also charged for 2 unauthorized filters without any explanations. Was billed for a first time Oil Change, although it was Serviced there before. Do not appreciate all the up charged for unauthorized & unnecessary parts and labor.
