Had a trade that was under water in value. This one was tough. Never owned a RAM before and had no clue about them. Fell in love with the one in the showroom but felt it was not in my reach for price. Worked with my Sales Rep Tyler Jones who showed me quite a few trucks. After I got to test drive it, the big Hemi with eTorque felt like a SRT vehicle. The sound from the stick exhaust was amazing. The Numbers started way higher than my budget and I was Disappointed that this wouldn't work. Felt with Anthony the Sales Mgr and we weren't there. The GM Don Boyle stepped in on the negotiations and found a way to make it work. He used all kinds of internal resources as well as leveraging every single possible rebate. I got the RAM Pick Up of my dreams for my budget price. This is by far the best Truck I have ever purchased. I have never felt happy after buying a new vehicle before but between the deal, the truck and the add on accessories, I am thrilled. Never had a Dealership work with a person like this. It wasn't a desperate attempt to move another vehicle. I believe they wanted to make a Customer happy and give me the best overall value for my money.
