No hassle experience As a car buyer I value a no-hassle experience. When I inquired about a car at Rothrock I wasn't bombarded with sales calls, emails, texts, etc like ev As a car buyer I value a no-hassle experience. When I inquired about a car at Rothrock I wasn't bombarded with sales calls, emails, texts, etc like every other dealership. They let me approach the dealer on my terms, which is how every dealer should operate. Respect the customer and stop the bombardment of sales pitches and shady tactics. You'll have customers buying your cars (like I did) instead of driving them away from your dealership. The only thing I wish they would have made more clear is explaining and knowing up front they couldn't ground the lease on my old car. I was under the impression after my first visit it wouldn't be a problem but later found out I had to take my car back to the Toyota dealer because Nissan couldn't pay it off (just a note for Rothrock shoppers if you are ending a lease in a Toyota) But that was just a small hiccup. Otherwise the deal was pretty fast and straight forward. More
