I was in for service one fateful day in October of 2019. Having hit 2 very huge potholes, my Jeep was limping. Keith figured out my service invoice before anything was done. Once the estimate came back I needed to sit down and come up with an affordable solution to my new dilemma. So, I asked Kevin if a vehicle existed on the lot that would not only meet my needs but also the depth of my pocket book. Well, he sent me Bill Estadt with an idea. This man is so understanding, kind, helpful, thoughtful, serious and concerned that I knew I was still in the right place! He got me into a certified, used vehicle that matched my needs and did not dip into my pocket book any further than my broken down, aged Jeep would have cost me. So, between Keith and Bill, the Rothrock team helped me on my way once again! I am still in love with this dealership and it's staff in every department! THANK YOU! More

Absurd wait time I was the 4th in line for Service on Saturday, I pulled in at 7:28 & it took 1hr. & 45 min. for a simple oil change. There were 6+ cars that came in a I was the 4th in line for Service on Saturday, I pulled in at 7:28 & it took 1hr. & 45 min. for a simple oil change. There were 6+ cars that came in after me that got done before me. Wayne finally went in to find out what was going on & had to help the tech finish the job. Very poor service on the tech side., Wayne did all he could & finally pulled the car around & told me I was good to go. Think about it, pulling in at 7:28 & leaving at 9:15 just for an oil change. It’s absurd. More
