Good experience with one exception. Got me in quickly and provided service as requested. My only issue is that they washed my car, which is great, however they didn't dry it off. service was done within a reasonable amount of time courteous when we called about coming in for an oil change and tire rotation. Did not purchase car there. oil change appointment was for hood loose, tire leak, and aaa coupon. hood was fixed by adjusting stoppers. tire leak was low pressure sensor seal. aaa coupon appointment was for hood loose, tire leak, and aaa coupon. hood was fixed by adjusting stoppers. tire leak was low pressure sensor seal. aaa coupon was for oil change, fluid fill up (told check in that i had washer fluid in the back to use, do not think they did), tire rotation, brake inspection, with 40 point inspection (always free from aaa apon request) rothrock gave me 16 point inspection even though my coupon said 40 point . they finished my car washed it and parked it at the door to leave, brought my paper work to cash office, then tells me that my battery is only fair on the inspection? i guess i could have ask to have it done while i am here but they could have asked me before driving my car out of the service area.
