I’m from NY, but this dealer had the vehicle/options that I wanted. The sales associate, Spence Moran, was great. Gave me lots of information over the phone and via email. Overall a very nice guy. It was because of Spence that I decided to make the drive and check out Rothrock. Many other dealerships didn’t want to bother with me unless I came into the store or filled out a credit approval with them over the phone. When I got to Rothrock there were no surprises, gotchas, etc. the managers and support staff were very friendly. Miata helps check you out, explains features of the car, etc - awesome attitude, super friendly. The sales manager Steve Bennett was very friendly and helped work out some financing issues (specific to me).. Overall I felt well taken care of, everything was delivered as promised. More
