Horrible experience I took my 2017 Dodge Caravan in for service on September 17 at 8am. I had dropped it off overnight so it would be there early in the morning. I called I took my 2017 Dodge Caravan in for service on September 17 at 8am. I had dropped it off overnight so it would be there early in the morning. I called later that day to check on it and no one answered, I left a message. No one returned my call. The next day Wednesday Sept 18, I once again called and finally after trying a few times I get someone who said they couldnt find the noise i was referring to but they would try to test drive it again in the afternoon. I once again gave them more time. The day goes by. I call again, yes no answer. After a few tries i get someone who said they cant find the noise and if i could go show them. So i leave work early to show them. Finally they heard the noise. I also get them to speak to the collision center that fixed my car so that they know what was done to it since it was involved in an accident. So the car stayed another day. I did not bother them all day that Thursday and didnt not even receive an update from them or courtesy call. Friday September 20 i called in the morning, no answer, i left a message. Waited 2 hours and called again very frausted. I called and called finally got Kevin who promised a call back. He said they didnt know what was going on with my car yet. I asked for a manager and he said they dont have one. I had to wait all day until 445 for a call back and they said oh its ready. I asked what was wrong and they said loose bolts and screws on the parts the collision center fixed. Oh and my bill was 126.00 just labor to screw them up. Oh I was furious! I assumed they would tell me what was wrong first. After all these calls, after them avoiding me and not answering. Then to top off everything i finally get there. I had called my insurance company and the collision center. The owner advised me to tell them they would take full responsibility and to ask Rothrock to charge it on there account. That took another hour. No one knew how to do that. Needless to say i ended up having to pay it myself. Just very unhappy. Ill never take my car there again. Not even one apolgy I got from anyone, not one. More

Downright dissapointed! (Check Engine Light on!), and when I called at 2pm to check on its status, I find out they hadn't even touched it! More
