Great job I had a brake issue with my car, Talked to Simone at 4:00pm on a Friday and they looked at it on Saturday and fixed it on busy schedule. Absolutely phenomenal! Wes was absolutely helpful! He listened to what we were looking for and what we wanted. He even set up Mickey Mouse Clubhouse for our son to watch whi Wes was absolutely helpful! He listened to what we were looking for and what we wanted. Work not complete Came in for a tire change and I have the tire protection plan and the two tires i came to change, was changed, but no air was added to it. I was told by the young man that receives the incoming cars “oh it will come off once I start driving “. The lights never came off, I had to pay to put air into my both my tires. D More

My 3rd lease experience with Rothrock Today I leased a 2019 Rogue Sport. Patrick helped me to make a final choice on the vehicle that would work best for me financially. Although I conside Today I leased a 2019 Rogue Sport. Patrick helped me to make a final choice on the vehicle that would work best for me financially. Although I considered the Kick they were able to get the pricing on the Rogue to a similar monthly amount. Nate, Nicole, and Ian helped me through the finances and vehicle controls. This is my third lease turn over and although the car lease/buy experience is time consuming, they all help to move me through the process as quickly as possible. Also, your cashier has very poor people skills. She is short in her answers and not very pleasant. More
