Buying experience at Rothrock I turned in my Chrysler Pacifica lease and needed to purchase another car. The sales staff at Chrysler didn’t seem that interested to win my business I turned in my Chrysler Pacifica lease and needed to purchase another car. The sales staff at Chrysler didn’t seem that interested to win my business after I told them I was dissatisfied with Rothrock because they don’t have loaner cars or a shuttle when customers are having repairs done. I also told them I wasn’t happy because my daughter was in a pageant and Rothrock whom I purchased cars from since 1987 wasn’t even willing to sponsor her. I went to the Nissan building to see if Jose was still there whom I bought cars from in the past and was an excellent sales representative. I spoke to Charlie the sales manager about having to turn in my lease and I shared why I was thinking of changing to another dealership. He said he would like an opportunity to earn my business and arranged for sales rep Patrick to help me. Patrick was a young and very intelligent sales rep who knew a lot about each and every car I looked at. I also met Ian the business manager who got involved when I said I was uninterested in the price. They worked together to find a car that was in the range I wanted to pay. Eventually I decided to go with a Murano & Miata did a wonderful job explaining all the features and how to work everything in the car. I am satisfied with my purchase and the Rothrock staff I worked with but I still feel they should sponsor my daughter in the pageant with as many cars as I have bought from them. I love my new car and am happy with the price. More
