Disappointed with my experience I was very disappointed with my experience last week. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and I planned to pick it up the next day. I was very disappointed with my experience last week. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and I planned to pick it up the next day. Unfortunately the wrong part was ordered and I couldn’t get my car until Saturday instead of Friday. I had to work Saturday and couldn’t pick up my car until Saturday afternoon but we had plans Saturday afternoon that got delayed because of having to pick up the car. We also have a baby and it was difficult with her schedule as well. Also when picking up my car, the new piece was cracked and they had to order an additional one which still isn’t on my car. I am still awaiting that phone call that should have been yesterday or today?! Thank you!! More

Great experience The whole experience was seamless and easy. Nate was fantastic and I could not be happier with his customer service. It was super hot that day and Nate made sure the car was cooled off before we did our test drive. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. All in all i would definitely use Nate again next time I’m there. Nicole was also great walking me through all the features of the car. There is a $2500 limit on credit cards and you cannot use multiple cards which was very inconvenient since i don’t normally carry checks or large amounts of cash on me. However Nicole was quick to resolve the issue for so that we could leave the lot with a car that day. More
