I did not have any hassle or inconvenience dur I am recently exchange my Nissan rogue for 2019 model. I was pleased to have a business with Patrick. I did not have any hassle or inconvenience during this process. Before I went to Kelly Nissan dealers. It was nightmare, they behaved like wild west. Price for the car changed every minute. So compare to rothrock dealership it's completely different. Very easy process, Patrick and other team members created very nice atmosphere and give me the price what I want. Service Department I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership. The service department here is by far the worst. I have been having issues with a specific thing wit I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership. The service department here is by far the worst. I have been having issues with a specific thing with the car and when you try to make an appointment you can never get in touch with a live person. They never call you back and so on. Unfortunately I am going to have to deal with this until the time is up. I had issues with them regarding other things and customer service so being the nice person I always give people a second chance. Well after this experience I am oh so done with this dealership. More
