Good deal that was fast and easy. I opted for a new car after wasting my time with used car dealerships. Rothrock didnt not have the car I wanted in stock but they were able to find on I opted for a new car after wasting my time with used car dealerships. Rothrock didnt not have the car I wanted in stock but they were able to find one for me near by. Within 3 days they had he car and everything ready to go. It took me an hour to sign as they gave me an up front quote that was well under other dealers price points. As well as a lifetime powertrain warranty. Really satisfied with the car and the ease of finance with minimal personal time out of my day to get me in the car. If your looking for something and they dont have it they will go out of there way to get it for you. More

excellent I was told first come first serve from finiance department and once I got my insurance taken care of they had me wait 1 hour and a half because they l I was told first come first serve from finiance department and once I got my insurance taken care of they had me wait 1 hour and a half because they let someone else in before me. EVEN THOUGH HE SAID FIRST COME FIRST SERVE . That was disappointing . And then hearing how they had an appointment but I was waiting for 45 minutes and then they took them in then waited another 45 minutes and he had the nerve to tell me first come first serve. Great service I brought my Dodge Caravan in for service because the AC fan was getting noisy. The service manager (Patrick Jeffers) listened to my explanation and o I brought my Dodge Caravan in for service because the AC fan was getting noisy. The service manager (Patrick Jeffers) listened to my explanation and offered some possible reasons for the noise. He turned out to be right on, the noise was caused by debris that had gotten into the fan compartment. The technician cleaned out the debris and installed a new cabin filter and the noise was gone and the AC fan is running perfectly. More
