Always great Service So I just happened to drive pass and wanted to take a look at some manual car options, first person I saw was a Gentleman by the name of Wes, he appro So I just happened to drive pass and wanted to take a look at some manual car options, first person I saw was a Gentleman by the name of Wes, he approached me and asked how can he help, I told him I would like to speak to one of you sales people. (“One with good customer service”) He went around looking, and no one was available. He took it upon himself to assist me himself. That was probably the best thing that happened. Happy with my purchase I first went in and was assigned to a car salesman named Tony, talk about sexual harassment. Thankfully I was able to get another person to help me lo I first went in and was assigned to a car salesman named Tony, talk about sexual harassment. Thankfully I was able to get another person to help me look for a car. His name is Mohammed. I was in with my two little ones and he was very helpful, he was practically babysitting my kids when I was taking care of the financial stuff and test driving the car. Everyone in the building was very attentive, especially with my little ones. I got a fantastic used car in tip top shape for under 10k before taxes and fees. More

Lack of initiative & service Quick to finish a sale, others were useless when it came to a manufacturer error & warranty coverage. Tony was excellent & a helpful hand through it a Quick to finish a sale, others were useless when it came to a manufacturer error & warranty coverage. Tony was excellent & a helpful hand through it all. Constant calls were made to get the issue fixed, had to contact Jeep Corporate to get a claim number so they would replace the part under warranty because I was told I’d have to pay, even though I hadn’t even had the car 48 hours. Never was offered for a rental, I had to ask for one. Then was told I’d have to pay for that as well, even though I explained it was warranty & an inconvenience. When I went to drop the rental off, I was contacted being told I didn’t fill the gas gauge to the exact place & that I would be charged. Overall, I love the car, but had wished my first “brand new car purchase” went a little smoother & not so stressful. They seemed so quick to charge me for every little thing while knowing I just financed nearly 23k on a new renegade. More
