Long wait and poor customer service Showed up early for my appointment and power went out. Had to wait for computers to restart. Person who helped me said that I was here for a free serv Showed up early for my appointment and power went out. Had to wait for computers to restart. Person who helped me said that I was here for a free service anyway and that I could wait in the waiting room. I waited 2.5 hours for a service that I scheduled for the “express care”. Poor advertising for this name. I felt as though if I had paid for my service maybe the job would have been done faster. I will not be having any further service here of any vehicles and will not recommend to anyone else as well. The first time I was there it was a long wait but the service person was courteous and explained everything done to my vehicle. My car was washed as well at that visit. Neither happened the second time. More

Great customer service I purchased my vehicle at another dealership and had a horrible experience with their service department that led me to bring my vehicle to Rothrock a I purchased my vehicle at another dealership and had a horrible experience with their service department that led me to bring my vehicle to Rothrock and the staff has been phenomenal each and every time I have visited with my jeep. Highly recommend! Mario and Dante are great at what they do and have been amazing, even when I have called in a panic because something wasnt working properly, and have always made time to get my vehicle in that day to ensure it is road worthy and safe for me to drive! The techs are great as well and have taken the time to discuss things with me and have never once treated me like a dumb blonde which is something I have received from other dealerships in the past.
