Love the car, not the service I was very excited to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. Tyler seemed very professional, helping me find the right vehicle with the packages I wanted inclu I was very excited to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. Tyler seemed very professional, helping me find the right vehicle with the packages I wanted included, and even allowed me to take the vehicle home for a day to test drive more. I took the vehicle back on a Wednesday and said I would be coming back on Saturday to purchase it. I was told the vehicle would be detailed and the gas tank filled. When I got there Saturday to pick it up, I waited around for a while before anyone would help me. I was told by one worker that they ordered breakfast so they were "having a meeting to discuss breakfast". Then after I signed all of the paperwork, I was told someone would be showing me all the features in the car, etc. We waited around for a long time and finally Tyler came and said he would do it. We walked outside, he shook my hand and said congratulations, and didn't show me anything and walked back inside. The vehicle was not detailed. There was sticker residue on the windows and what looked like water marks or a cleaning spray all over the buttons, door handles, etc. I could not get these spots out with any cleaning method. The tank was also not filled up with gas as promised. I took the car back in to have these problems fixed but the spots are still there. Tyler didn't seem to care about my concerns and just was quick to try to get me to leave, seeming annoyed with my requests. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a car and not even have it clean upon purchasing. There were also two tire valve caps missing once I picked it up the second time and I had to purchase new ones. I was told I would get information on a vacation offered for purchasing but have not yet. I also had a loan on my trade in that was to be paid off and hasn't been yet, so I am hoping that doesn't become an issue. Overall, I absolutely love the vehicle, but was pretty disappointed in the service I received. I have recommended a Jeep to a family member also looking for a new vehicle, but was hesitant to recommend the sales team I worked with. More
