Initial helpful. End not so much Initial was nice. Staff helpful, although busy they were courteous. He waited nearly 20mins until someone could help him and then told him it was not paid for. He then waited another 10mins or more until they confirmed it was paid. Staff was not helpful or pleasant at time of pickup. More

The manager, Ken, introduced us to our salesman, Brian, and from there, everything just fell into place. He was friendly, efficient, direct, and happy to help us. Needless to say, my wife fell in love...with two Wranglers. Willing to work with us, Brian and Ken made it possible for her to get one, and me to bring the other one home, too, for myself! Thank you Tony and Makayla I work in sales and I enjoy receiving a good sales experience. I had called around a few dealerships and felt I received the best sales service when I work in sales and I enjoy receiving a good sales experience. I had called around a few dealerships and felt I received the best sales service when I called Rothrock. I spoke to Makayla on the phone and she was very helpful and friendly. I let her know which vehicle I was interested in and she made sure it was available and waiting for me when I arrived. She also arranged for a sales person to be there for me at the dealership. Tony was very helpful throughout the process. He was personable and friendly and I could tell he was genuinely interested in handling my concerns. Frank was also helpful during the test drive. I was in and out of the dealership in less than a couple hours. Overall I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. More
