Fair service I took my car in for inspection. Didn’t need an appointment and was taken right away. They said it would be about an hour and a half. I called 3 1/2 h I took my car in for inspection. Didn’t need an appointment and was taken right away. They said it would be about an hour and a half. I called 3 1/2 hours later and couldn’t get through. I left a message and they returned my call about 15 minutes later to see what I wanted. My car had been ready but no one notified me. We only have one car a the person who was taking us to get our car had to be somewhere that afternoon. Shuttle service isn’t offered. Also they washed my car and didn’t dry it, it was very spotted up. More

We ended up getting two vehicles with a price better then we expected. This was the 6 and 7th car we bought from Rothrock in the last 9 years. The sales and service department are great!
