Lost keys Brought my Durango to rothrock fire a simple oil change. Dropped it off the night before. They called the next day and said it was ready to pick up. I get here and they cannot find my keys. Been here four almost 30 minutes waiting for these people to run around lukes nuts. Of they cannot fund my keys I an screwed to no end. Fyi your self a favor and go somewhere else. More

Excellent customer service very friendly I was able to negotiate a price that worked for my budget at the end of the day it was a little higher than I hoped to pay but all said and done well I was able to negotiate a price that worked for my budget at the end of the day it was a little higher than I hoped to pay but all said and done well worth it for the car I wanted that had all the bells and whistles! Wes maxwell is as awesome he had great customer service skills was very friendly and was very patient with me during the process. I would definitely recommend him! Mia Norman was very knowledgeable about the specs in the Jeep and was able to answer any questions I had. Matt matti was also great with the paperwork and financial aspect of things, very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had as well as provided me with all the information I could possibly my need! Overall great experience this time around! More

Stuck hood latch I had initially went over to the Jeep/Chrysler/dodge building for my issue however they told me they were backed up for a couple months and would requ I had initially went over to the Jeep/Chrysler/dodge building for my issue however they told me they were backed up for a couple months and would require a bumper removal. The front desk at the Jeep/Chrysler/dodge service center didn’t seem interested in my problem. I then went over to the Nissan service center on the off chance they could help me since I was already there. Patrick and his team immediately pulled me into a service bay for a look. Within minutes Patrick had fixed my issue and applied some preventative measures to insure it wouldn’t happen again. This was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. More
