Poor customer service Call to get a oil change and tire rotation as well as a job I was told needed my vehicle dropped off ..... was rudely told I had to go to the express Call to get a oil change and tire rotation as well as a job I was told needed my vehicle dropped off ..... was rudely told I had to go to the express for a oil change ... I explained that I took the day off so I could do both but was told that in order to do that they were booked 1 month in advance . It wasn’t till I said I wanted a manager that I got “ squeezed in “ and the tone changed .... this is the second time I’ve dealt with this nonsense ..... I’m done with them More
