WE TOLD HIM WE HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH OUR 2016 ALTIMA , BUT WE WOULD CONSIDER A NEW ALTIMA, PROVIDING IT OFFERED US MORE FEATURES AND AT A PRICE WE FELT WAS REASONABLE AND FAIR. Awesome Team work! After visiting several other dealerships in the past month, we found our Wrangler JK at Rothrock! NONE of the dealerships compared to Rothrock! I wa After visiting several other dealerships in the past month, we found our Wrangler JK at Rothrock! NONE of the dealerships compared to Rothrock! I was truly awed by the service and compassion shown by Tony Bittenbender and Miata Norman. After finding the right JK for us everything went off without a hitch. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and fun to work with. He made us feel like WE really mattered, not just moving a vehicle. A really great experience. Until we crawled into our new ride and discovered we had less than 2 gallons of fuel. Not really a huge problem, but it was 21:37 (SAVY) and we live a little over an hour away and don't know the area. Miata was the last person in the dealership so I explained the problem to her. She was shocked, and immediately came outside and took care of the issue. On our way home we even received a call from Tony. Kudos to Rothrock and their AWESOME Team!
