I was serviced my car at your dealership last week and I am regular customer I watched my car in the window at break room area and saw the technician heat the front wheel Shaft driver side and passenger sid am regular customer I watched my car in the window at break room area and saw the technician heat the front wheel Shaft driver side and passenger side rear by hammer ?? very heavily and then last he broken car break parts Service manager came to me and said order new parts but pay $450 for this and I am so disappointed this things but I was paid I went for pa state and emission inspection but they did very wrong with my car Even I was waiting 5 hours that day but my car was not ready then I went to back home without my car because they need more time At 6:30 pm manager called me for pickup car When I started car after service There are two sign came on screen like ABS AND TRACTION CONTROLLED I saw this thing immediately to manager and he gave me next day appointment finally two more days appointment my car was fixed but I paid $450 for this service even car back side some area color also removed during service This time I was very disappointed ?? but I gave number 4 because service manager very cooperate More
