HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I wish zero stars one star is too many!!! Recently my husband took his Dodge Dakota to Rothrock service department. His truck was stalling when stoppe I wish zero stars one star is too many!!! Recently my husband took his Dodge Dakota to Rothrock service department. His truck was stalling when stopped, he took it to Rothrock in hopes they would be able to find the problem. My husband received a call that day saying it would be about $1,000 my husband agreed and a few hours he received another call saying now $2,000. It was something "electrical" the service department was very quick to offer my husband a brand new truck for the weekend to see if he would like to trade his in. He quickly said NO we would be picking up his truck from the service dept. Oh and he was charged $350.00 for NOTHING. A few days later he noticed another problem with his truck that didn't exist before so we took it to another mechanic at a local garage and within minutes he determined it was the fuel pump! The first thing he ask was " was someone messing with your truck? hummmm wonder who that was? The repair bill was $250.00 and it is running great!!! BEWARE OF ROTHROCKS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN ALLENTOWN!!!! More

When I went there, there was not a long wait for the salesman to talk to us and filling out the paperwork needed for my purchase was done quickly and efficiently. When I went into the building the salesman opened the door for me. A salesman offered to buy something for me from the vending machine, and I didn't ask them to do that. Buying from this dealership was very satisfying and would recommend it to anyone. More
