Worst service ever!!! My vehicle was involved in a front end collision in September after 2 months of repairs I got my truck back truck was running and driving perfectly bu My vehicle was involved in a front end collision in September after 2 months of repairs I got my truck back truck was running and driving perfectly but a month after I got the truck back noticed that truck will stall on bumpy roads. My vehicle was towed into Rothrock it sat at your for a week before a service technician could look at my vehicle. Technician looks at truck automatically says it needs a new alternator @$400-$700 just for the part I declined to have work done I picked up my truck drove it to autozone on my way home they preformed a charging system test and instantly noticed that one of the wires leading to the alternator was disconnected and the squealing noise I was hearing came from an idler pulley I purchased a nut to hold down wire to the alternator and a new idler pulley. Installed both and truck runs like new no squealing noise and vehicle isn't stalling anymore. More

Not only did I get a better deal I drove away with a new 2016 Dodge Dart with 51 miles on it right from the show room, not a used one. Jose and his team went above and beyond to get me this deal under the circumstances(the amount I owed on my other vehicle and no money down) we were working with. Wasn't my first choice for a vehicle but its a very nice car and I really like it and much better then me getting used like the last place told me I could only get. Jose never gave me false hope and from the beginning said we will make something work. If its not used then a new one. I enjoyed my experience here and will only do business with them from now on. I made several visits to Rothrock, and when Doc was unavailable, his young assistant, Devin, proved to be just as pleasant and helpful. Devin was especially knowledgeable in demonstrating the technical and electronic advances available since my existing 2001 model. The Business Manager who completed the contract of sale was also most pleasant and helpful, and I am most apologetic for not being able to recall his name after all the assistance he provided. More
