We told Kyle our goals, and he found the perfect vehicle for us - not the one we were thinking of originally. Unfortunately, it was a little more expensive than we expected, so we kept looking. Within a few days Kyle called with another solution that fit our goals perfectly, and at a price we liked. Michael Akutah walked us through all the paperwork, and was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Ed Long helped out as well, and was very accommodating. We recommend Rothrock, and we'll be back the next time we're in the market for a vehicle. More

We came back 3 days later and they REFUSED to honor their price bc we should have taken it right there and then. Prior to going back to Rothrock we got a price from Kelly Jeep who said Rotherocks price was WAY low and warned us they were not gonna honor it and if they did they would throw in a million extras on the back end to jack the car back up. True to form they tried to not give us all the incentives and if we took this incenvtie we could not have the other. The best thing was that they tried to tell us that Jeeps incentive of $2000+ 0%Apr was one or the other. So i went on the Jeep website were it clearly said BOTH were able to be applyed. Ahhh the amazing internet! They started to get upset and at one point got a little huffy. The sales manger actually said he was walikng away bc he was getting frustrated bc we wern't going to accept a $2000 increase because we let 3days past. After felling like we were in a car interrogation we finally left knowing the original quoted price was the old bait & switch and they were NEVER going to honor it. Three hours later bough a car at KELLY. More
Excellent Sales Experience from a "Team of Salesmen". My wife and I pass Rothrock often on our way to and from Maryland. We decided to stop in and see what kind of deal we could get with our trade-in. Our sales person was Tom Mandracchia and after a few minutes assessing what we wanted in an automobile and what we were willing to pay he excused himself and left us with another Floor Supervisor, Frank Torres who further discussed what we would like in a new car. Tom came back in about 10 minutes and asked us to come outside with him. When we exited the building he pointed at an Arctic Blue Nissan Murano and said "There is your new car." We took it for a ride and it was everything that we wanted in an automobile. We went back inside and talked some more about trade ins and financing options.. Since it was getting late and we live in northern New Jersey we left and called back the next day. Tom and Frank took all of our information and asked us to come back because we could make a deal at the price we wanted. We met with Doug and negotiated the deal for another hour or so and Doug got us to the point at which we were willing to pay. We drove home that night with a fantastic vehicle and a fantastic experience. I spent 25 years in Sales as a salesman and as a National account manager with AT&T and wish I could have had a team as good as yours. Everyone at Rothrock was respectful, accommodating and worked as a team to provide us with the best sales experience that we have had in many years. Thank you very much Rothrock. We were simply talking and there Obviously if you're on a sales lot you have a need/reason to be there. I happened to run into Doc on the parking lot. We were simply talking and there was absolutely NO pressure from Doc to make a sale. I went back to get a better look at the inventory after I figured out what I wanted to drive and talk to Doc about it. Again, no pressure, just friendly conversations. Doc is by far the best person I have dealt with in any sales situations. I wouldn't call him a salesman, I'd call him a doctor. You have a problem, he will fix it. That may be how he got his nickname... Doc is great! Go see him if you can! Also, they should give him a raise because he was that good at fixing my problems! More

It was exactly the car I was looking for, so I called the day it was listed. They told me it had to go to the Audi dealer to fix an issue, but would be back in a few days. Took a chance and drove down to dealership b/c I was really interested. Was able to drive the car with the Turbo issue. They wanted me to put a deposit in the car, but I told them to get the turbo fixed, and I will come down the day it comes back and purchase the car. I was in contact with the dealer the next few days, waiting and received a call and text the day it came back. While in my way to the dealer, I received a text stating that they raised the price of the car $2000 and would not go any lower. (Due to the fixing cost). I had my heart set on this car so after trying to negotiate, they came down a bit, but with their dealer fees ended up being close to the raised asking price (not including tax). I feel like they new I was interested and took advantage of the situation. They stated that they list cars initially and that was the price to purchase the car with issues. This is my second car purchased from the dealer and my in-laws have purchased numerous cars from them. Very disappointed. The salesman however was very nice and assisted as much as he could. His handswere tied, but he was open and honest. More
please stay away from this dealership! Wow, were do I begin... My overall experience was AWFUL. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review about a company. But felt it was wo Wow, were do I begin... My overall experience was AWFUL. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review about a company. But felt it was worth it to protect consumers from the nightmare I am dealing with. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins, 5 days ago. I have had nothing but issues with the truck. Lets start from the beginning... the reason I bought from this dealership was the sale rep Doc, he was great. However, the rest of the experience was terrible. 1) When I sat down with the "business office" the payments did not line up with what was discussed the day before. The sales manager tried to pull a fast one and show me the 75 MONTHS when we discussed 72 month payment throughout the negotiation period. so PLEASE be careful and DO NOT sign anything without reading over everything. Do not trust them. 2) Ed or Eddie the sales manager was extremely rude and had no customer service at all. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I noticed there was a crack in the tail light and a small chip in the front windshield which was NOT there the day before. Ed said he would replace the tail light "at cost" which I refused to accept that after spending 36k on a truck. After going back and forth with the cracked tail light, I had been at the dealership for 4 1/2 hrs and just accepted the fact the windshield was chipped and it would have been easier to fix it myself then deal with Ed. 3) After driving the truck for 4 days the check engine light came on and now I have 3 check engine Error codes that I need to deal with. One code might of been a coincidence, but three make me feel like they did NOT disclose everything about the truck. Just another headache to deal with from a money hungry dealership that will do ANYTHING to sell a care. I will never go back to this dealership, and make sure anyone I know never buy from there either. Please, just go there with awareness. Stay away from this headache. The response from Rothrock is to try and make a potential consumer believe that Rothrock went "out of there way" for the customer, which is HIGHLY false. Yes, I wasted 4 hours of my day and drove the truck back up to them to fix the item under warranty on the vehicle. However, they had the truck for 3 DAYS, and gave me a small truck that I couldn't use for work. In an effort to "make it right" they said they would fill up my gas tank for the inconvenience and headache I am experiencing with the dealership. Yep... you guessed it right... When I picked up the truck the tank was not filled up and the individuals I was previously working with saw me and walked the other direction. I was so fed up I left and drove home. Fast forward one week.... check engine light BACK ON! Same issue, same problem. I called them and they said they "cleared" the computer system and the light never came back on. Who knows if they really fixed the problem. I called them again and they gave me options... spend $2400 for an extended warranty, or purchase a new truck from them, then I wont have any issues. I almost lost it. They want me to spend more money with them?!?!!?!?! When I suggested that they do the "right" thing, they screen my call and now I haven't heard from Doug the "general manager" in 4 days, when he told me he would call me right back last Thursday. They lie, and do whatever it takes to sell a vehicle. Now I have to get my lawyer involved to get rid of this truck. Please Please Please DO NOT purchase from this dealership. Do not spend your hard earned money at this dealership that will rip you off. They do not care about the consumer. Time to call the better business bureau. This is a warning, please do not purchase a vehicle from Rothrock Motors. More
