Thank you for your apology unfortunately I don't believe it was a misunderstanding it's called a "Bait and Switch"!! I also do not believed this is not your normal practice because Brian, the Sales Manager with the school yard bully mohawk, has his strong arm sales tatic pretty well rehearsed. He CLEARLY got frustrated because we called out his lies, were educated on the manufacture incentives, we had no issue disputing what he claimed we couldn't have, and we continued to remind him of the price he originally gave us. You sell cars, I needed a car...lets make a deal don't try to rake me over the coals too. I will never come back and unfortunately for your company I work with the public so I will make sure I warn others because word of mouth is SO powerful. My hope is that you share this post with your sales associates/managers and let them know people don't take kindly to being scamed, tricked, or lied to. I also hope that if ANYONE READING THIS who is still deciding to go to your establishment (Rothrock)make sure they are FULLY educated about the car, about manufacture incentives,be able to recognize the extra unneeded add on's, be aware of the bait& switch, QUESTION EVERYTHING, and don't allow themselves to be pressured/conned into making a on-the-spot decision when looking to purchase a very costly/long term item. There are car dealerships all over the place so don't limit yourself to just one..GOOD LUCK!!!

Dr. Shaun, first let us say thank you for the purchase from you and from your family. Our goal is to always satisfy our customers. When we price our pre-owned inventory we figure a rough estimate of a shop bill. The reason we needed to raise the price was because we hadn’t figured the extra turbo bill that was found when we put the vehicle through the shop. So to be able to still retail the vehicle and make it a safe, reliable vehicle we needed to put the extra money in to fix it. The only other option we had was to not put the work into it, wholesale the vehicle and not be able to offer it for retail sale.
